AFF may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including in respect of prices and availability of items. All prices listed on this website are in US dollars and all charges will be processed in US dollars.
All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. AFF will notify you by email if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order.
AFF reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain items which you, your family or any group can purchase. AFF will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, AFF will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery AFF will notify its customers within 3 business days.
Goods will be available for pick-up or delivered on the next business day.
Delivery Restrictions
AFF will deliver to addresses within 10 mile radius of St.Louis Park, Minnesota. Goods will not be shipped or delivered to other locations.

AFF also reserves the right, at its discretion, not to deliver items ordered or purchased on this website to certain addresses.
Refunds
Defective items will be replaced. AFF will not process Refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind. All Refund requests need to be made in writing to sales@allfreshfruits.com within 7 days of purchase.
In the event that AFF chooses not to deliver an item, you will be notified by email and any amount charged to your credit card will be refunded.
Shipping Policy
As of now AFF does not ship any items to any locations. All orders are avalable for pick up or will be delivered by AFF personal.
